The story of this concierge service began long before its official creation.
It started with a dream — a deep desire to return to my roots, in
Andalusia, and more specifically in
Seville.
I always knew that my place was here, in the province of Seville — a land of sunshine, traditions and simplicity.
Office work, days spent enclosed within four walls… that was never for me.
I needed fresh air, something tangible, something human.
Then I met my partner.
Together, we decided to take a step further towards that dream: purchasing a countryside home in the province of Seville, a place to reconnect and recharge.
But we soon realised a simple truth:
managing a home from abroad is far from easy.
Each stay required organisation, preparation, constant follow-up and racing against time.
At the time, I would have loved to be able to hand over the keys to someone I trusted and arrive to a perfectly prepared home.
That person didn’t exist.
So we created it.
Conserjería Los Laureles was born from that lack, from that frustration —
but above all from a very simple need: to be able to rely on someone locally, on the ground, to take care of what truly matters.
Today, we support homeowners — Belgian, French, Spanish or from anywhere else — in the management of their properties, whether they are rented or not.
We offer a reliable, human and professional presence.
A concierge service on a human scale, with genuine attention to detail.
As if every home were our own.
